The continental breakfast featured fresh croissants, breads, and a good selection of fruit and yoghurts. The coffee machine worked well. It offered a good range of brews. I found the electric car chargers and the beatles tribute band in the bar to be unexpected bonuses.
There was no stand up shower in the bathroom. Just a handheld one attached to a bath. The bathroom in general has not been updated since the 80s. The toilet did not flush properly. There was no air conditioning available.

The pool was a good facility to have at the hotel. Bike hire proved useful for exploring the surrounding area. Free parking was available to all guests at the hotel.

The food in the restaurant was very good with tasty and succulent dishes. The continental breakfast offered fresh croissants, breads, and a good selection of fruit. The coffee machine worked well and offered a good range of brews.

The hotel has a great location with easy access to the main town and beaches. The hotel is close to cycle routes into town. The surrounding vegetation makes for a very relaxing and calm environment.

handheld shower headair conditioning
I found the lack of a proper shower quite irritating. There was only a handheld shower head attached to the bathtub. the absence of air conditioning in the room was a problem. The room became uncomfortably warm, and this definitely affected my overall comfort (i expect better from a hotel of this level). This oversight needs addressing . These issues detracted from what could have been a flawless stay.
