the staff really stood out . they were always willing to help and ensure i have everything i needed. also, i really liked its location right next to the alcázar gardens. it made exploring the area very easy, and i especially liked being able to walk everywhere without trouble.
i found the check in to be a bit slow. i had to fill out some paperwork. i think it would be better if i had completed these forms online before arrival.

the front desk staff was friendly. they helped. the room was very clean and spacious, what a gem. it's hidden near the royal palace.

The hotel has an very nice location. The receptionists are friendly and the cleanliness is excellent. I stayed on the first floor, much easier to carry suitcases.. The location is great.
Checking in took a little longer than expected. I had to fill out paper work, even for the kids. It seemed like I was in the way. There is nowhere to stand with luggage while others check out. The room had a pungent smell that I could not figure out.
