attentive staff and immaculate hotel

the staff were excellent they were very polite and helpful. the rooms were spotlessly clean. the bed was lovely and comfortable i also had lunch in the restaurant and the food and service were really good.
i found there was no air conditioning in the room and it was very uncomfortable. i struggled to sleep it was a very warm day. there were two electric fans though it was difficult to find sockets to plug them in

the location is set near industrial units but this did not impact my stay. it provided convenient access to nearby amenities and was easy to navigate. the area was surprisingly quiet considering the surroundings.

my first room was next to the boiler room and quite noisy at night. this issue kept me awake. staff helped in finding a new room for my second night.

The staff offered me a warm welcome. the room included nice toiletries in the bathroom. breakfast featured many options and proved great. I could choose from many items.
the provided electric fan did very little to affect the temperature.

The staff showed me to my room and explained breakfast times. The room had nice toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent (especially the poached eggs!).
My room was very warm, even with the window open. The electric fan in the room did little to lower the temperature. Finding available sockets for the fans proved difficult.
