Le Barn's restaurant, under a glass roof, features cuisine made with produce from the vegetable garden and local producers. The principal restaurant, La Serre, offers dishes made with local products from nearby markets. The menu includes large seasonal salads, blanquette of veal, potted chicken, leg of lamb, and stuffed chicken in the rotisserie. Breakfast, served in the glass-roofed restaurant, comprises a continental buffet with eggs made to order. The bar extends to a large terrace.

Le Barn has two outdoor Nordic baths heated by wood burners. The wellness center offers massages, including relaxation, energy, and rebalancing options. Massage options: oil-based relaxing massages, maternity massage, delicate massage, traditional Thai massage, anti-stress massage, feet Thai massage. The Golf du Château de Rochefort, with 18 holes, extends its wooded course over 5,627 meters. Guests can explore the forest on foot, by bike, or on horseback.
Location & Access
Located in the heart of the Rambouillet forest in the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse Regional Natural Park, Le Barn is 50 km from Orly. The cycle path leading from Notre-Dame de Paris to Mont Saint-Michel runs through Bonnelles. The GR655(R), the route to Santiago de Compostela, also passes through the commune. The hotel is near the Haras de la Cense, offering personalized rides and introductions to equestrian techniques.
