The breakfast offered a good selection of food. The Italian restaurant provided high-quality food. Service at the Italian restaurant was even better (I really enjoyed their pasta!).
The location was a bit outside the main town center. It still required easy access to the lake and various mountain railways. The hotel shuttle to the main train station was useful, but the distance was still noticeable.

mixed feelings at this stay

old bathroom loud music
the courtesy bus to the train station existed. this was convenient after arriving.
the room i had was disappointing and far from four stars. my bathroom was old and the bath was difficult to get in and out of. late at night loud music played, and i could not sleep at all. i don't think i will return.

excellent cuisine good value helpful staff noisy corridor only one pillow missing blanket
The breakfast was VERY good. The Suava restaurant offered a wide choice of excellent cuisine. I found it to be a very good value. The staff tried to be helpful, and they were very friendly.
The corridors were noisy and echoey. There was only one pillow in my bedroom. There wasn't anything to, such as a blanket or cushions.

small room size unfriendly staff
the room size was quite small for the price. the reception staff did not seem particularly cute. i found the location to be a considerable distance from the town center, requiring a lengthy walk. the lack of complimentary drinking water was also a noticeable omission.
