mixed stay with some drawbacks

The noise level was a real issue, especially with the bar music going late. it made it hard to relax (i was on the ground floor, bad decision). also, the pool rules seemed odd. Burkinis weren't allowed. the service felt inconsistent, with some guests getting more attention than others. it just didn't feel like a smooth, relaxing experience, honestly.

i found the hotel to be very centrally located near the beach. the room was quite spacious with ample storage. basma cleaned the room to a high standard and always greeted me with a smile. sami at the reception was very cute.

the air conditioning unit worked fine but was quite noisy at times especially during the night.

the staff was helpful especially ms leila at the front desk she provided quick room changes. the reception staff ensured all needs were met promptly and efficiently. sami was very cute upon arrival.
