a decent stay near the metro
friendly staffcomfortable bedslimited toiletriespoor insulation
the staff was very friendly and helpful i found the location to be quite convenient as it was very close to the metro station getting around was easy. the room had daily housekeeping which kept it clean and tidy i also appreciated the comfortable beds.
the sound insulation was not great i could clearly hear other guests using their showers the hot water also ran out during showers which was quite disappointing. there was no closet space in the room and the toiletries were limited no complimentary water or hairdryer were provided.

I adored how close the metro station was. It made navigating easy! the staff were kind. Their warmth seemed like a welcome embrace. our room was super clean. Every corner gleamed. it felt safe.
The soundproofing wasn't perfect. Noises from the hallway did drift into our room a bit. Especially in the early morning.

The reception staff were available 24/7. This ensured any queries were handled quickly. housekeeping maintained immaculate standards. The room was always refreshed. the team's dedication was noticeable. It certainly enhanced our stay.

The hotel's proximity to the metro station impressed me. It was only a short walk. this made travel quite easy with luggage. i also found a grocery store very close by. it was convenient.
The room was very small. There was limited space to put anything.
