amazing hotel experience!
attentive staff spacious room tasty food
The staff was so attentive. the rooms were spacious and super clean! housekeeping provided fresh towels daily. i loved the super comfy pool beds. I could relax for hours. the breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of tasty food.
the gym equipment was limited and some machines were out of service. i hope they upgrade it soon!

The hotel is near shops. It's a short walk. a supermarket is very close. It is convenient! the beach is down a hill. That is an easy walk.

Breakfast included many choices. The buffet had lots of options! food could be cooked to order and brought to your table. This was wonderful! the bar had reasonably priced food. The cocktails were great.

Our suite was spacious and comfortable! it featured a sea view as requested, it was gorgeous. a coffee maker with pods was included. That was perfect. the room was cleaned daily, it was super clean!

Truly Relaxing Escape
modern design friendly staff diverse foods ordered pancakes
I found the design very modern. It created a relaxing atmosphere i needed. Staff displayed a friendly and professional attitude. The breakfast offered diverse foods. I especially loved the waffles and pancakes cooked to order.
The location is somewhat uphill from the harbour. I walked about ten minutes. Traffic noise affected my experience slightly.

The suite had spacious design with lovely furnishings. Attention to detail was evident in every corner. I loved the comfortable beds and the quiet atmosphere making for restful nights.

My room was a fine suite, it had elegant decor. The breakfast buffet offered a great choice. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They attended to all my needs promptly. The hotel's location provided easy access to local attractions and restaurants.
The gym had limited equipment, a bit crowded during peak hours.

The breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold items, including fresh fruit and pastries. The Kentia Restaurant had amazing food!!! It also had very special cocktails.

old equipment bathroom hairs
I thought the gym equipment was old. Some machines did not work properly. The variety of breakfast items decreased significantly after the first few days, disappointing, I expected more consistency. The coffee tasted burnt some mornings. I also didn't like finding hairs in the bathroom on arrival. It was a sign that cleaning could have been better!
