i found the pool area maintained well. the staff provided a golf cart shuttle service to layan beach, a convenient amenity. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety.

the hotel required a cash deposit upon check-in. it was strange for a new hotel. the room door needed to be pulled shut hard. this raised some security concerns. shower drainage was slow. water had to be shut off during showers.

the hotel is new and the facilities have a nice design. the pool area is large. the gym has excellent equipment. the studio room was very well equipped. it made our holiday very easy.

the breakfast was ok but nothing fantastic, especially considering other options in thailand.

poor insulation booked shuttle

I wasn't happy with the noise level. The rooms are not soundproof so you hear everything. the free shuttle was fully booked often. I needed it because of the hotel's remote location.

The hotel includes a fully equipped kitchen. It contains a washing machine. I appreciated glass bottles of water being free in my room. They were regularly changed to keep me hydrated. The food was AMAZING!!!
