La Fortuna Lodge offers superior and premium rooms. Superior rooms feature partial views of the Arenal Volcano from a shared terrace. Premium rooms include a direct view of the volcano and a private balcony. Each air-conditioned room provides either two twin beds or one bed, a private bathroom with hot water, a ceiling fan, custom-built furniture, a 40-inch TV with Apple TV and Netflix, a safety box, a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker with complimentary coffee. Soundproofed rooms are available.

Breakfast is available at Acacia Restaurant, located half a block from the hotel. La Fortuna offers a range of dining options with Costa Rican, Latin, and international cuisines. Recommended restaurants include Tierra Mia, Tiquicia, Travesía, and Chocolate Fusion. Restaurante Tiquicia, which celebrates Costa Rican gastronomy, is less than a mile from La Fortuna and features live marimba music most nights.
