The staff were SUPER friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned immaculately, a HUGE plus. The bed felt AMAZING and so comfortable!!!
The walls in the bedroom hallways looked quite worn, a slight letdown.

The location is convenient, just five minutes from Seolleung subway station and a few blocks from COEX Mall. The area has many restaurants, because this is a business offices area. The hotel is very clean.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I received some welcome goodies, including water and snacks upon my arrival. The staff members always responded quickly to every request I had.

The hotel features modern facilities. It has an adjacent park perfect for running or outdoor activities. The airport limo stops directly outside, so convenient. There is also a beautiful park nearby.
