The Mountain View King Rooms include a headboard featuring two Thunderbirds. Room options include either mountain or sea views, with blackout blinds. Indigenous-Inspired Dining
Guests enjoy Indigenous-inspired West Coast cuisine at the on-site Ha'me' Restaurant and Nax'id' Pub. The Ha'me' features dishes with local ingredients and First Nations flavors. The culinary team caters all on-site and off-site events, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets, appetizers, platters, and plated dinners. Starters and share plates include the 'Blunden Harbour Roll 2.0.' The Nax'id' Pub offers drinks, freshly curated dishes, Vancouver Island brews, and an outdoor patio. Off-sales are available for purchase. All smoked menu items are prepared in a custom-built smoke house.
Culture and Activities
Kwa'Lilas Hotel displays the culture and history of the Gwa'sala-'Nakwaxda'xw People throughout the hotel and in the gallery, including masks and designs by local artists. Guests can shop for art, jewelry, and books in the gift shop. k'awat'si Tours, a Gwa'sala-'Nakwaxda'xw company, provides aboriginal cultural experiences and eco-tour adventures. Excursions include a 3-hour adventure to view whales, porpoises, Stellar sea lions, and aquatic birds. Guests can spend a day at San Josef Bay, or visit Hardy Bay, Quatse Loop and the estuary.

Kwa'Lilas Hotel provides meeting and conference facilities on Vancouver Island North. The ballroom accommodates up to 120 people seated or 250 people for a stand-up reception. Three meeting rooms accommodate 50 to 100 people, and there is a boardroom for 16 people. A combination office/meeting room workspace is available for 6 people. Each meeting room features climate control, and A/V equipment is available for rent.
