breakfast variety strange noises

the location was acceptable, near tourist attractions. it was a short walk to several key sites.

The breakfast lacked variety. it was the same every day i was there. the elevator made strange noises and i got trapped once. nobody helped with my luggage after that. I had to carry it down five flights of stairs.

ideal location really good service

the hotel's location was ideal for seeing major attractions. i visited the hagia sophia and the blue mosque with ease (both are must-sees!). the staff provided really good service, always ready with helpful information.

the soundproofing was not effective. i could hear noise from the street and other rooms, impacting my sleep.

the staff were so helpful, they helped schedule a cruise night show for me. sinan, the receptionist, was very kind and arranged private transportation to and from the airport. it was excellent.
