Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
awkward room unprofessional staff
The room layout felt strange. The sink was next to the bed, which I found unusual and inconvenient. the staff seemed somewhat unprofessional. I did not feel respected during my interactions with the reception staff, I decided to leave after only one night.

helpful staff convenient location comfortable balcony
The staff helped me get money back when airfare issues shortened my stay, so nice of them. the location is very convenient, near public transit and other hotels, YES. the room was large, modern, and comfortable. It included a nice balcony!
the tablet that controls most facilities can take a little time to figure out.
