The room was super clean, and all staff wore uniforms. They looked very professional. breakfast was excellent with a fantastic view of the pyramids. It was quite a treat.

The hotel occupies the top floors of an older building. The exterior appearance is not amazing.

The location is very close to the pyramid north entry (about 5 minutes walking). The hotel is newly furnished and the staff were really nice. They offered welcome drinks and breakfast. The view of the pyramids was lovely.

The bed linen in my room had a noticeable stain. I could hear noise from people talking on the terrace until late. The soundproofing in the room wasn't effective (I could hear everything).

The breakfast buffet featured fresh oriental tapas made to order. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me a lot. The hotel is in a perfect location, it's near everything.

The elevator sometimes seemed a little dubious.
