the staff made our wedding weekend easy. they allowed an early check-in to the requested room. the staff also accepted parcels and stored items at reception, VERY convenient.
the corridor and stairs allowed a lot of noise to permeate into the room.

The hotel's location near the Stary Rynek was excellent. The rooftop cafe provided amazing views. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The staff were attentive, and the room was well-serviced.
I found the room not very soundproof. I could hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms, distracting.

i liked the convenient location. it was close to many attractions. breakfast had a good selection. i specifically enjoyed the sourdough rolls.
my room was on the third floor near the conference room. staff noises woke me up early, around 5:30. there were also low beams. i kept banging my head.
