i found the train station was a short walk from the hotel. dotonbori was accessible at 15 minutes by foot, it's a pleasant walk with many sights. i noticed three convenient stores just downstairs from the hotel, that was practical.

i noted some dust in the room when i arrived. i saw old webs in the wall corners. also, the air conditioner seemed to spread dust, so i think filter cleaning is needed.

the staff was helpful. they assisted with directions to the nearest subway station. they also shared information about nearby attractions, kind. the front desk lady helped with parking information, which i appreciate.

the hotel features a restaurant, that was very useful. basic amenities are available. the option for luggage storage after check-out was a nice convenience. a supermarket is located about three blocks away.

the hotel is near the metro station. i found it easy to get around. shinsaibashi is only a 5-minute walk away. many shops and restaurants surround the hotel, so you will find what you need.

The location is superb, near the train station. the staff speaks english well, helpful. i delivered luggage from tokyo and the staff received it, even though i missed writing my name. my luggage was in my room before i arrived. i used their luggage delivery service to kansai airport. It was a smooth process.

the bathroom always feels cold! i think they should enhance the heater in the bathroom, because it's quite difficult to take a shower.

the location was really good. it was a short walk to dontonburi street (about 15 minutes). the staff were very friendly and helpful to me. i found it was really good value for money (i wasn't expecting so much for the price!).

the room was a bit dusty when i arrived. i saw there was a used toothpaste and toothbrush left behind by someone else (it was a bit off-putting). the shower curtain also had some mold (it wasn't very pleasant).
