I stayed in a superior double room. the free breakfast each morning at the 'faved' cafe was great!!! the staff were helpful. my room was on the side of the building. It was a peaceful location. the room had all the amenities needed.

The shower head is fixed. Adjusting it was difficult and water splashed onto the bathroom floor.

The staff were friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The location proved supremely convenient, close to several wonderful restaurants. I found the bed comfortable. It ensured a restful night's sleep. The room was also very clean, a crucial factor for my stay.

The walls seemed a bit thin, I noticed some noise from the hallway.

i found the staff at the front desk very nice and cute. the complimentary breakfast each morning at the nearby cafe, 'faved', was great. the room had all necessary amenities. i got a room on the building's side, and it was peaceful, i appreciated that.

i noticed a very slight issue with soundproofing as i could sometimes hear noise from neighboring rooms, though it wasn't too disruptive.

the room was comfortable and offered tea, coffee and a mini bar with wine glasses. linen and towels were pristine. the room and hotel were clean, which i appreciated.

the walls seemed thin, and i could hear noises from both upstairs and in the hallways. there was no lift, inconvenient with luggage. i found several impractical elements in the room.
