Kimamaya by Odin, located in Hirafu, features nine rooms designed by Andrew Bell. The rooms include premium down bedding, cotton linens, and a choice of soft, medium, or hard pillows. Lofts have an in-room mezzanine and accommodate four adults, plus one child. All rooms have en suite bathrooms with rain showers and toilets. Select rooms feature a living corner with a sofa and table, or an L-shaped day-bed sofa. High-speed internet with a dedicated router in each room is available.

The Barn by Odin, located in Momiji-zaka, offers all-season alpine food and French wine. The restaurant is connected to Kimamaya via a protected walkway. Odin restaurant also offers sophisticated French meals and an extensive collection of French wines.

Guests can enjoy Japanese back massages, shiatsu, aromatherapy, or full body massages. There are two communal hot spa-bath rooms, one with an oak tub and one with a stone tub. A kids room downstairs features cushions and a big screen TV.
