The location is great. It's not too far from the town and slopes which is PERFECT. The parking was priced reasonably, and they squeezed me in despite my late arrival.
The beds were VERY poor. The air con was terrible and led to a terrible night's sleep since the hotel seemed like a sauna.

The location was really good, providing easy access to everything. The staff displayed amazing friendliness and attentiveness throughout my stay. Breakfast was good, with a delicious and plentiful selection. The ski lockers located off the lobby proved convenient for organizing our gear daily.

Ski lockers are available for each room right off the lobby, a great convenience for storing equipment. The hotel also offers a pool, though shower caps are required for entry. Bring your own or buy one on-site. The underground parking garage offered convenient and well-priced car storage.

The hotel is situated in a perfect spot near bars, equipment rental shops, and gondolas. It is approximately a five to ten minute walk to the main chairlift depending on pace and includes a few flights of stairs. A restaurant nearby offers delicious food, very convenient.

The room featured a little area ideal for taking off ski gear and keeping everything organized. Water pressure was excellent, maintaining consistently warm temperatures. The rooms were warm and tidy.

the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. the hotel had a water feature in reception, very lovely. the parking was reasonable. despite our late arrival, the staff accommodated us.

the hotel is near the town square, only a short walk. restaurants, cafes, shops, and activities were all accessible. it was quite convenient not to need a car for basic errands or dining options.

The breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries. I found this to be a nice touch. i noticed limited vegetable options as i only saw tomatoes available. the breakfast service was efficient and accommodating.

The breakfast was super! it had everything i could want. the location worked well for getting to the ski area. It was easy to find and had a nice view.
the buffet food was only lukewarm! i needed to ask for a microwave to heat it on my plate. one waitress seemed miserable, and the restaurant staff made no effort to connect with guests at all.
