i found the staff helpful and friendly. the room included complimentary drinks which was a plus. the hotel also provided a map of the city highlighting key attractions. i liked the interior design and overall aesthetics of the hotel.
The air conditioning was somewhat uneven. It could have been stronger.

the hotel offered plentiful sitting areas in the communal spaces (this made relaxing easy). a restaurant and bar provided convenient dining options. the breakfast options presented a good selection of items daily.

i called the front desk before my arrival and requested airport transportation. the staff arranged a prompt pickup. i had frequent communication, so everything was very efficient. the staff member who greeted me on arrival was personable and accommodating.
