the drink service at dinner was slow, i waited twenty minutes.

The hotel design blends nature and comfort beautifully. I found the atmosphere calm.

The food presentation was nice. it lacked flavor. it took more than 30 minutes to get towels delivered to our room. This felt quite slow for a hotel of this supposed caliber. I found the overall experience did not justify the high price.
