Creole Cuisine
The Karibuni restaurant, located on Pinel Island, features creole cuisine. The menu includes barbecue, ceviche, tartars, tapas, and salads, with a signature dish of fresh lobster grilled on the barbecue. Guests can select their lobster. The restaurant is open seven days a week during high season, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. A boat shuttle to Pinel Island is available, or guests can use provided kayaks.
