i found the location quite convenient. it was a reasonable distance to the train station, and there were several convenience stores nearby, very helpful. the facilities were clean, and i felt safe . i also appreciated having my own room, not having to share it with others.
the walls seemed to have stains and perhaps even holes in some areas.

The staff was lovely and helpful with directions. I appreciated a mini fridge in the room for my little treats. The bus stop outside took me to stations like ueno and asakusa with ease.
The hotel's location feels a bit far if one prefers trains.
