Jupiter Waterfront Inn offers 38 waterview guest rooms. Each room features a 42-inch flat-screen TV, wireless internet, and a refrigerator. Ten rooms include Jacuzzis. Rooms have two double beds and a seating area. ADA-approved rooms are available, featuring two queen beds, a sofa bed, a mini wet bar with a mini-fridge (36' counter height), and a private patio with a step down (1"). Accessible room amenities include extended drapery rods, accessible AC controls, and accessible ceiling fan switches. Bathrooms have a 35' wide doorway. Bathtubs feature two 47' railings on the side wall and one 14' rail at the tub controls. Commode is 21' from floor to top with a 32' support rail on the back wall.

The property includes a pool area and a 240-foot fishing pier. A sundeck with a large, heated pool overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway.
