“This feels like a traditional coaching inn, now a dog-friendly pub with rooms, centrally located near Dorchester's attractions. The stabling-inspired room aesthetics hint at the building's history, and I appreciate their cask ales and support for local culture. I think it's a particularly good spot for families or anyone wanting a relaxed, unpretentious base for exploring the area.”
