Jr Kyushu Hotel Blossom Fukuoka provides 90 rooms with pillow menus, air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, and safes. Each room is equipped with either two semi-double beds, a queen size bed, or a semi-double bed. Rooms include a flat-screen TV, an en suite bathroom with a bath, free toiletries, a hairdryer, green tea, and nightwear. Rooms also feature ironing facilities, heating, a trouser press, an electric kettle, an AM/FM alarm clock, and carpeted floors. The bathrooms include a two-step shower head. Rooms offer city views and ample storage space. Clean mattresses are supplied by Serta, and high-quality Imabari towels are provided.
Dining: Kyushu Cuisine
The hotel's popular restaurant, Akasaka Umaya Hakata, directed by Kabuki actor Ichikawa Ennosuke III, features Kyushu's local cuisine. The varied menu includes char-grilled chicken thighs, Fukuoka soybean tofu, soy-flavored Hakata pork pot with leeks, Hinata pork shabu-shabu, char-grilled chicken stew, and Sona cooking. For dinner, creative cuisines such as char-grilled dishes, Hakata motsunabe hot pot, and shabu-shabu hot pot are available. Guests can select from 8 dishes, including Grilled Beef Tongue, Mitsuse Chicken Steak, and Grilled Hinata Pork Belly. Breakfast centers around the local cuisine of Kyushu.
