Customer service and dining are located on the 1st floor of J Hotel Rinku. Guests with a breakfast plan receive it at check-in; the breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet. The restaurant offers Brio's Ai Pork Lunch, featuring tender pork loin from Chita production, served with miso or grated ponzu sauce. The Chef's recommended lunch, which changes every two months, is popular. A beef steak aged at a low temperature with a rich flavor is offered. The menu includes a domestic beef loin steak set with appetizer salad, miso soup, rice, and homemade dessert. WASHOW's special hamburger is available. Guests can enjoy fish lunch and the January and February fish lunch is Truffle cream sauce with sagoshi meuniere fried fry, served with appetizer salad, bread or rice, and today's dessert. An elegant parfait that uses local Tokoname strawberries is available. Last admission to the store is 19:00.

J Hotel Rinku is 10 km from Chubu Centrair International Airport and is accessible from Rinku Tokoname Station. The hotel is approximately one hour from major cities within 60km. Landmarks near the hotel include Mankaku-ji Temple (1 km), Seshozan Hozen-ji Temple (1 km), Tokonyan (2 km), Samurai Lab (2 km), Tokoname City Pottery Footpath (2 km), Aeon Mall Tokoname (1.5 km), Inax Museums (3 km), Dokanzaka (2 km), and Shimeisha Shrine (1 km).
