the location was acceptable it was near the sea.

the room i had was not great it was small and felt dated the hygiene products seemed cheap. rooms face bad locations and are dark and noisy i asked to switch rooms but the new one had air conditioning problems.

The breakfast selection was AMAZING!!! It had good variety. The concierge parking removed any parking hassle!!! I really liked that feature.

The gym lacked functional weights. It mainly had aerobic equipment.

the room they gave me had upgrade and arrival gift were lovely. the rooftop pool is good and wellness area were very nice. it made the hot days much enjoyable. the breakfast selection available was excellent.

reception staffs attitude were cold and they give incorrect information about taxi prices. there was lack of proper concierge who know the area. staffs used the internet.

I must say, the experience fell short of expectations for a five-star hotel. the room i was assigned was disappointing. It lacked proper soundproofing, and noise from nearby corridors often disrupted sleep. breakfast presented another letdown. While there WAS a wide variety of options, the quality was subpar. the scrambled eggs were consistently cold, and the bacon was far too greasy..

The room had a comfortable bed and an adequate desk. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool. The bathroom included a separate shower and tub. I found the daily breakfast to have a wide selection of food.

The gym equipment seemed a bit dated.

The rooftop restaurant gave excellent sea views. I enjoyed this location. The hotel has a swimming pool and a sauna and this was open to guests. A well maintained staircase featured marble, that was nice.
