clean room friendly staff

The room was large and spotlessly clean. staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. I appreciated that. i was upgraded to a two bedroom room. this was really much appreciated with my family.

The short menu was not great. The food tasted average.

speedy check-in scrumptious pizza outdoor amenities

check-in was speedy and easy. breakfast included scrumptious pizza, both meat lovers and vegetarian options. my granddaughter enjoyed the outdoor amenities, trampoline, checkers board, and snake and ladders.

air conditioning in my room wasn't working, they offered a small blower unit as a solution.

I appreciated the supermarket directly across the road. It was very convenient. The room had a pod coffee machine, a nice addition. Thick white robes were in the room. The hotel is near many shops and the city center.

Check-in was easy, and parking proved simple. The room was super clean. The thick white robes added a nice touch (i used them straight away).

check-in was quick. my room was very very comfy and tidy! the staff were friendly.

my rooms weren't. there is only one washing machine and dryer for all customers. breakfast is very average.

the location was fine it was close to a supermarket

i must say i was disappointed the pool was not clean and the hot tub was not working who wants to swim in a dirty pool it was quite off-putting
