I REALLY liked the plentiful sun loungers by the pool. Finding a spot was never a problem. My room had a great balcony overlooking the gardens, a SUPER place for morning coffee. The free shuttle to the beach was punctual and very convenient, I really enjoyed it.

The gym equipment is a little outdated.

There are three swimming pools available, each with a dedicated lifeguard present throughout the day. This ensures guests' safety at all times. A fully equipped gym has three treadmills and also two stationary bikes, for a complete workout.

Staff members are always available at the 24-hour front desk, ready to assist with any inquiries or requests you might have. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to a nearby private beach, so transport is ALWAYS accessible.

The room includes a mini-fridge stocked daily with water and soft drinks. THAT was very convenient. There is a safe inside the wardrobe for storing valuables, so i KNEW my belongings were secured.

the staff are tirelessly working, ensuring guests are happy. the restaurant offers many choices . it has a great location (near services) if you want a relaxing vacation with a great atmosphere.

the evening entertainment was not varied enough. there was bingo one night, karaoke another, and nothing at all on another night. this felt underwhelming for a 4-star hotel.

the room was cleaned daily to a high standard. the room included towel creations on the bed, a nice touch after returning from the pool. the bed was huge and comfortable with lovely pillows (a welcome sight after traveling).

the room allocated had a strong drainage smell. it felt small, almost claustrophobic. the shower temperature changed without warning. the shower head kept sliding down.

the staff (david at reception was a star!). the facilities were very clean. i enjoyed the wonderful pool, and the food quality was super. animation crew kept the atmosphere lively with great ideas and games during the day. it created such a cheerful vibe (i really needed it!).
