My room was quite spacious and very clean. the pool area was lovely. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the bts station. It made getting around very easy. the staff were helpful (i asked them for directions).
the room decor is a bit dated.

The service at the front desk was efficient and polite. i found the staff to be responsive to any inquiries i had. They always provided clear answers. bell service was always prompt to assist with luggage.

It had so many options. The location proved convenient, with easy access to the BTS Skytrain. The rooms are cozy. and the bed felt wonderfully large. I loved the convenience the Skytrain provided.
The hotel seemed a bit older, and I noticed that some of the towels looked worn. It gave a feeling of being a little less fresh. The breakfast buffet didn't impress me much. It lacked freshness. The air conditioner in the room made quite a bit of noise.
