The location felt somewhat remote from public transport, so planning our trips needed an extra step.

The hotel is located near the main road. It has a convenient shuttle service. i found the coin-operated laundry service on the 9th floor very useful. the common areas are great. I loved the well-equipped fitness center.
i found some flies in the bathroom.

the hotel features a pretty pool deck and an onsen with a steam room. a sauna and hot tub are also onsite. these facilities provided relaxation. i could maintain my fitness regime .

The staff were helpful, kind. the front desk helped me find my phone. it was lost in a taxi. The staff called the police. this level of support was really good and very efficient.

my room was quite spacious, and i appreciated that. the breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and i found several things i liked.
The pool was a bit too cold for me to really enjoy it. also, the hotel is not super close to public transportation. It was a bit of a walk.
