The room was spacious, with a lovely view that added to the serenity of our stay. The buffet presented many choices. I found this particularly convenient for trying local flavors. The staff consistently offered friendly and helpful service.
The location felt somewhat remote from public transport, so planning our trips needed an extra step.

The hotel is located near the main road. It has a convenient shuttle service. i found the coin-operated laundry service on the 9th floor very useful. the common areas are great. I loved the well-equipped fitness center.
i found some flies in the bathroom.

the hotel features a pretty pool deck and an onsen with a steam room. a sauna and hot tub are also onsite. these facilities provided relaxation. i could maintain my fitness regime .

The staff were helpful, kind. the front desk helped me find my phone. it was lost in a taxi. The staff called the police. this level of support was really good and very efficient.

a decent stay
spacious room breakfast choice cold pool far location
my room was quite spacious, and i appreciated that. the breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and i found several things i liked.
The pool was a bit too cold for me to really enjoy it. also, the hotel is not super close to public transportation. It was a bit of a walk.
