Dining at Olegario
The Olegario Restaurant offers a menu based on Mediterranean haute cuisine, featuring local products from the coast of the 5th Region, complemented by a wine list and cocktails. Menu selections include sharing plates, starters, soups, salads, and main courses, such as Shrimp and Scallop Chupe, Salmon and Tuna, and Beef Tenderloin with Pesto Gnocchi, in addition to desserts. The restaurant is open Monday to Sunday, 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The café is open 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, offering panoramic views of the sea, pool, and gardens.
