Inn on Fifth has 87 guest rooms and 32 Club Level suites. Rooms feature Juliet-style balconies or private balconies facing Sugden Plaza or Fifth Avenue South. Each room has a safety deposit box, coffee-making facilities, ironing facilities, and terry robes. Wired internet access is available. Some rooms have European art. The fitness center is accessible with a room key and offers free weights and cardio equipment.

Fine dining experiences

The hotel has two restaurants: Truluck's and Ocean Prime. Ocean Prime offers seafood and steaks, signature cocktails, and a Wine Spectator-honored wine list. Truluck's specializes in seafood and fresh Florida stone crab delivered daily from their fishery, 18 miles south of the restaurant. Blu Bar & Grill serves breakfast (8:00am - 11:00am) and lunch (11:00am - 5:00pm) by the pool. Room service is available from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
