I found the staff very helpful. The hotel offered complimentary rentals including beach chairs and umbrellas. The location allows easy access to nearby shops plus restaurants. I found ample parking available on the premises.
The pool and hot tub hours ended at dusk. This was a bit disappointing.

My room provided a nice view of the bay. The room decor was bright and cheery with fresh paint. The dark wood had been redone in white, a plus!

I really liked the cleanliness of my room. the housekeeping staff was fast and helpful. steven provided beach chairs and an umbrella, which really improved my beach day. It was easier and more relaxing. breakfast on the outdoor deck had delicious food plus a beautiful view overlooking the marina.
The aircon unit was very noisy. It made sleeping slightly difficult.

The rooms are newly renovated, providing modern comfort and a fresh atmosphere! my room was very clean with nice towels and linen. It included a mini fridge, tv, coffee machine. two complimentary bottles of water.

the outdoor facilities are fantastic, and there is a lovely warm pool plus spa available. ample seating and sun loungers are around the pool area! the bar and outdoor restaurant have fine views overlooking the bay.

this place is conveniently close to downtown shops and restaurants! it's also just an eight minute drive to a fine beach, great. a nice mexican restaurant is within easy walking distance too.

The location was AMAZING, I could walk to many attractions. The staff was friendly and gave us water bottles, a nice touch!
The hotel is a bit old. I could hear outside traffic because the windows are thin.

the location was good for accessing nearby attractions, it was acceptable.
I was not happy. The breakfast was supposed to be included but i still had to pay extra for an upgrade. the automatic 20% gratuity made it worse. That was just like a rip-off.

I find the hotel close to many shops and restaurants, that are within walking distance. The staff are friendly and always available. The outdoor restaurant has a fine view and a great grill. The location is amazing because many areas are within walking distance.
The rooms can need an update. The bathroom appear a bit dated.

My room included a comfortable king bed and sufficient space. The air conditioning works very well and kept the room cool. The bathroom features basic toiletries that are replenished daily. It does not include a bathtub.

All the staff are personable and helpful when i required something. Front desk services is available 24/7 for added convenience. I also observed that the staff promptly addresses any issues raised by guests.

acceptable accessdated bathroomunderwhelming breakfast
the location was acceptable. it provided reasonable access to nearby attractions.
The room i occupied showed signs of wear. the bathroom looked dated and in need of refurbishment (the shower head sprayed in multiple directions). the provided breakfast was underwhelming. It consisted of a small plate with cut fruit and a mini muffin. a proper breakfast required an additional fee.
