Bathrooms provide free toiletries and bathrobes; select rooms feature a bath, shower, and hairdryer. Rooms offer soundproof walls, a minibar, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Rooms have either carpeted or parquet floors.

Charm Restaurant serves Chinese cuisine with Naxi traditions. It offers Chinese and Western breakfast with local ingredients.
