decent stay, some issues

fresh fruit nice lady front desk private excursion

the breakfast had plenty of choices. fresh fruit and omelettes were available. the omelettes were made by a very nice lady. I love that the location was in the ancient walled city.

communication felt unclear with the front desk staff. i was unable to find anyone at check in AND lugged my bags around for quite a WHILE before i found an employee to complete the check in process. the hotel offered to arrange tours. i inquired about a private excursion but waited quite a while to hear it wasnt an option.
