Three-bedroom penthouses have one king and double bed in the first bedroom, two twin beds in the second, one king bed in the third, a queen sofa sleeper, two bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. Each room includes a 55-inch flat-screen TV and high-speed cable/Wi-Fi Internet access. Rooms on the eastern side of the building have views overlooking the Ala Wai Canal with the mountains in the distance.

'Ilima Hotel is located on a quiet side street at 445 Nohonani Street in Waikiki, near the Ala Wai Canal, and two blocks from Waikiki Beach. From Ala Wai, take the first left onto Nohonani Street; the 'Ilima Hotel is the third building to the left. From Kuhio Avenue, cross over onto Nohonani Street; the 'Ilima Hotel is the 4th building on the right. Nearby landmarks include the King David Kalakaua Statue (0.5 km), the Prince Kuhio Statue (0.5 km), and the International Market Place (0.5 km).
Cultural Activities
'Ilima Hotel celebrates Hawaiian culture through various activities. The 'Ilima 'Ohana Chorus performs Hawaiian songs every Friday at 11:30 AM in the lobby. Mohalapua classes cover Hawaiian culture, history, and language, including lectures on medicinal plants and lei making. The hotel lobby features Koa wood and Hawaiian paintings by Ralph Kagehiro.
