Select rooms feature a King or 2 Queen beds, a Queen Sleeper Sofa, 2 full bathrooms and a galley kitchen. The Signature Queen Suite has a side pool view from the balcony, 2 Queen beds, a Queen Sleeper Sofa, 2 flatscreen TVs, a dining area, and a galley kitchen. Signature Queen ADA Studio rooms have 2 Queen beds, a terrace, flatscreen TV, and roll-in shower. Oceanfront Luxury King Studios have a large ocean view balcony, King bed, flatscreen TV, comfortable seating area, Queen Sleeper Sofa, and a galley kitchen. Dunefront Luxury King Studio rooms include a private terrace leading out to a dunefront sand area, King bed, flatscreen TV, comfortable seating area, Queen Sleeper Sofa.

ICONA Avalon offers 3 dining options. Avalon Brew Pub features indoor and al fresco dining with a gastropub-style menu and craft beers brewed onsite. The Sandbar Village Beach Bar offers meals, tropical cocktails, fire pits, and live music. Shimmers Bistro serves Starbucks coffee and breakfast items.
Leisure and Amenities
ICONA Avalon has direct beach access and provides beach umbrellas and lounges. A large outdoor heated pool and spa pool are available seasonally. Guests can relax on the sundeck with chaise lounges and umbrellas. The hotel features a fitness center. Summer Kids Camp includes beach games and dinner with a movie.
