the reception staff were very friendly and promptly upgraded us to a suite for my birthday. the suite was expansive and modern. free coffee available 24 hours downstairs was appreciated. the hotel staff spoke english very well.

the basins in the bathroom lacked plugs, encouraging water waste.

the absence of a proper wardrobe was a significant inconvenience. i found only an open hanging space for clothing. this setup provided minimal storage. also the lack of tea or coffee making facilities in the room was disappointing. i expect such amenities as standard.

the hotel is centrally located, a definite plus. the staff were helpful with directions. breakfast offered a good selection of items each morning. i found the twin room to be clean.

my room lacked tea and coffee facilities. the wi-fi was inconsistent and slow at times. there was noticeable street noise during the early morning hours. i found the shower pressure quite low.
