i was thrilled the front desk staff spoke english fluently and offered useful assistance. the room was quite spacious. the breakfast provided a really good selection of food (i really enjoyed the pastries!).
The air conditioning in my room didn't seem to work properly. It blew hot air instead of cool. the hotel location is near a very busy road, so opening the window at night resulted in a lot of noise. i also noticed a weird smell in the room after a while (it was quite bothersome).

The reception staff was very friendly. They helped me find the correct hotel car park. staff also provided helpful advice on city restaurants including walking directions. the parking was easy to access. the front desk staff spoke great english.
The hotel's location is a little outside the main areas. It lacks some city charm.

I found the secure parking useful. It cost €7 per night. The walk into the city center was manageable. My room faced the rear, allowing me to watch a rugby match (this was a nice surprise!).
The room lacked soap and shampoo upon arrival and the staff didn't refill these items when they cleaned the room the next day. (I had to ask for it).
