The receptionist was cute and very kind, even late at night. she quickly checked me in, explaining all i needed to know. I appreciated her clear directions. she also gave me directions to a great local brasserie nearby.

The service was good, and the workers were KIND.

The shower bar for holding the shower head was broken, so it was not very practical to take a shower. It was frustrating. Breakfast was a disgrace, labeled as all-you-can-eat, there was no milk chocolate, pastries, or bread. Only three syruped fruits, and one spoonful of cottage cheese. After 30 minutes, and only after I insisted, a VERY unfriendly and disheartened man arrived with a bag of mini frozen croissants, which he heated.

The receptionist was very kind upon arrival. the bedroom allowed for a good night's sleep. i found the bed very comfortable and slept well. the staff at the desk were amazing and helpful. I am grateful.

The shower gel container in the bathroom was empty. That was a slight inconvenience.
