car park view missing facilities

The room allocated faced the car park. The view was uninspiring, and noise carried easily. the absence of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was also a considerable inconvenience. i expect such amenities as standard in a hotel of this rating. the lack of these simple provisions detracted from the overall experience.

okay stay, but some issues

stale food smell thin towels

the location was acceptable, close enough to the port.

The room smelled a bit stale, like old food, i think. also, the view wasn't great, as it overlooked a service area. towels were also pretty thin. It's time to replace them, maybe?

Excellent Stay by the Harbour!

superb location free parking helpful staff breakfast options

The location is superb, right on the port! Free parking behind the building was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, directing me to local restaurants. Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from.

The walls are a bit thin, so I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The breakfast area had many tables and chairs, so seating was plentiful. A continental breakfast included croissants, cheeses, and sliced meats. This was great. Coffee and juice machines are available during breakfast hours too. I appreciated that.

My room had a view of the harbor. It was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. A pod shower was provided. It was great, and the room included standard amenities like a TV and a desk.

The hotel offers free parking at the rear. This was a great bonus! A bar area near reception had several board games. The lounge was comfortable. I enjoyed having coffee there.
