broken toilet seat damaged bracket

The twin room was basic. the bathroom toilet seat was broken. the fan did not work. this meant there was an unpleasant smell because there was no window! the curtain rail bracket was damaged. It seemed like they just hadn't bothered to fix it.

Great Location, Clean and Accommodating

convenient location helpful staff quick response

I found the location convenient to the town center. The room had a fan and that improved my comfort. Staff were very helpful with my late arrival and they made sure I got in okay. I used the Expedia chat. Staff responded very quickly to all my questions.

i found the location very convenient , only 800m from the center. the hotel offered free parking nearby. it is great for a short break , suitable for both families and couples.
