The resort is near Balneario de Dorado (4 km), Parroquia San Antonio de Padua (6.5 km), Parque Nacional Balneario Manuel Morales (4 km), GoodWinds Watersports & Kitesurf Center (2.5 km), Nouvelle D'Spa (4 km), Parque Nacional Balneario Cerro Gordo (2.5 km), and Dorado Del Mar (5 km). Fernando Luis Ribas Dominicci Airport is 40 km away. Guests will drive until the two-part yellow structure comes into view. The area is a haven for golfers with four championship courses.

The resort features complimentary wireless internet access and concierge services. A 24-hour business center is available. Free coffee is served for guests, along with local information. Those staying a full week (Saturday to Saturday) will receive one housekeeping visit mid-week. Note that children of any age must be accompanied by an adult. The property consists of one large building that rises eight floors. This currently empty building will be torn down to make way for a new Marriott. The resort has several suburban-esque conveniences such as outlet malls, grocery stores, movie theaters, and even a Starbucks.
