i found the room smaller than expected, barely accommodating two suitcases. also, the fridge didn't keep drinks cold enough, which was like another area needing an upgrade.

efficient reception friendly staff

I found the location quite convenient, especially with its proximity to bars and restaurants. checking in was seamless, thanks to the friendly and efficient reception staff. the morning breakfast spread was a definite highlight. i greatly appreciated the vigilance of the security team, especially ghimire, at the entrance. His polite demeanor was a welcome touch.

late pool many choices delicious food free shots

I visited. the pool stays open until 1:00 am, so i enjoyed pool time. breakfast provided many choices. there was a bbq option by the pool, and the food was delicious. we got free shots when seated by the pool and rocket man passed around with pizza. It was delicious!

The room dimensions were short. they provide all facilities needed for accommodation.

The staff was super friendly and respectful. I received a welcome drink upon arrival. the front desk was attentive and helpful. I was greeted with warmth and efficiency. housekeeping maintained cleanliness in rooms, and they provided calming food when i was sick.

great breakfast birthday cake warm greeting small room disappointing size little space

the breakfast spread was really good with something for everyone. they even surprised my mother with a birthday cake. i received a welcome drink and a really nice greeting.

the rooms are small for a Hyatt brand hotel. i was totally disappointed with the room size for the price i paid. it can be hard to relax with such little space.
