Dining at Hutton
Evelyn's, located on the ground floor, offers American cuisine with Southern influences and local ingredients. The menu features hushpuppies served on a bed of pimento cheese, fried okra served with cotija cheese and spicy pepper sauce, and sweet tea-brined pork chop. Breakfast dishes include egg sandwiches, grapefruit with mint granita, and avocado toast. The hotel also offers a Valentine's Day special on the VIP balcony, which includes a champagne station, seafood station (jumbo shrimp, east coast oysters, snow crab clusters), a charcuterie display, assorted bite-size cheesecake, and chocolate-dipped strawberries.
