Dining at Hutton
Evelyn's, located on the ground floor, offers American cuisine with Southern influences and local ingredients. The menu features hushpuppies served on a bed of pimento cheese, fried okra served with cotija cheese and spicy pepper sauce, and sweet tea-brined pork chop. Breakfast dishes include egg sandwiches, grapefruit with mint granita, and avocado toast.
