Apartments feature a double room and a room with two single beds. Newly renovated apartments offer king-size beds. Each room includes a Led TV and a small balcony overlooking the Hrabovska Dolina valley. Bathrooms feature a shower and wash basin.

The hotel is located in the Hrabovska dolina valley, near the starting point of a cabin cable car. A lift from Hrabovo to Malinô Brdo uses a 1,770 m long 8-person gondola cableway, transporting 1,500 people per hour. Directly in the center of the resort are a 4-person chairlift, 2 ski lifts, and 4 lifts for beginners and children. During summer, the skipark turns into a bike park with cyclo-crossing routes. Special equipment and cross bikes can be borrowed at the main entrance of cable car. Guests have access to Aquapark Bešeňová and Aquapark Tatralandia, and Spa Lúčky. Cycling routes surround the hotel. An bike park offers adrenaline activities. The surrounding environment suits relaxation and sport.
