Cira is a modern Mediterranean restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Cabra Cevicheria, located on the roof, offers Peruvian-inspired dishes. Lazy Bird, an upscale cocktail bar, is located in the basement and features live music Thursday through Sunday. Milk Bar is off the lobby.

The Hoxton, Chicago has a seasonal outdoor pool and a fitness center with yoga mats, free weights, treadmills, and Pelotons.
